Four seasons, not two

Winter is not a bad season

The official tourism site says Austria can be visited year-round. Summer is for walking, cycling and lakes. Winter is for snow, which according to the site begins from late November in the Tyrol and Salzburger Land mountains. Spring and autumn suit cities and food in milder weather. So no month is impossible: every month is right for something, and no month is right for everything.
