Sentosa

Sentosa is a southern island for leisure and beaches, covering 4.71 square kilometres. Siloso, Palawan and Tanjong beaches line the shore. A cable-car link and resort complex connect the island to the mainland. From beach or cable car you see the container harbour across the water — that contrast is Singapore: port and beach in one horizon. A full day or half day depends on interest: some visitors want only beach and lunch; others spend a day in theme parks. Do not try to combine Sentosa with every heritage district in a single day.
