Two seasons, not four

Dry and wet over the sea

Maldives geography describes a dry season with northeast winds roughly from December to March, and a wet season with southwest winds roughly from late April through the end of October. April and November are transitions. There is no cold winter; choose clearer seas or accept stronger showers.
